Please allow a maximum of 4 weeks for your order to be made. Kindly keep in mind that producing high volume of personalized items require a longer time. This shall not include the shipping time.

Domestic Shipping

  • Domestic shipment can take up to 5-7 working days depending on the local courier service efficiency. It may take extended time during peak period and festive seasons.
  • Please ensure you plan your order with an ample time if you require an item(s) by a certain date.
  • Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the item(s) bought.
  • We shall not be held responsible in the event of damage item(s) or package lost while in transit. Kindly contact the courier service accordingly.

International Shipping

  • International shipment is carried by Flexipack International.
  • International shipment can take up to 30 working days for your item(s) to be delivered. If you have query regarding postage to your location, kindly contact us via email bypodostudio@gmail.com prior placing your order.
  • Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the item(s) bought.
  • Please also be aware that customer shall be solely liable for customs and import duties including international taxes, charges, and any additional fees. (if apply)

At Podo Craft, we pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. Our products are handmade and hand painted. That is why all our orders go through a quality check before we ship them out. While we try our best to ensure you receive your item(s) as expected, there may be some discrepancies from time to time. These may include the color might be slightly difference due to camera resolutions, minor marks from postage and handling or damaged packaging. It is beyond our control and we are not responsible for the defects caused by courier service.

Return and Exchange Information

  • Our products especially personalized items cannot be exchanged wholly or partly for cash
  • However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, we take full responsibility and provide a free same item replacement.
  • In an unfortunate incident where you received your item(s) in such an unsatisfactory condition, you may contact us with a photo of your item(s), delivery date and short message explaining the issue. Our team will do our best to assist you.
